Forest Bathing
Forest bathing is a gentle mindful practice that invites people to slow down and connect with nature and themselves. Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese practice and it invites presence and curiosity.
During a session, participants are guided through simple invitations such as sensory explorations and sit spots.
Forest bathing works with the parasympathetic system allowing our body to feel calm and relaxed.
Sessions are usually 90minutes long and can be booked individually or groups.
