Tree Babies

We take a gentle stroll through the woods activating our senses and applying mindful nature connection and meditation.

Tree Babies is a totally different experience - the magic is in the ‘BEING’ and not the ‘DOING’. Classes are by nature wonderfully unpredictable as they take place outside all year around. The gifts of each session reveal themselves as they happen.

Our sessions involve awakening our senses by forest bathing, practicing gratitude and journaling, creating nature art, mindfulness relaxation, gentle movement, and creating a safe space to connect explore and share.

  • The babies lead us

  • There is no expectation of any outcome from the classes

  • There is nothing to do

  • There is nothing to change

  • There is nothing to fix

  • There is everything in the moment

  • The moment is now
