Mindful Nature Connection Walk
Teach invitation will awaken our senses and deepen the connection with yourselves and nature. The sessions are approximately 90 minutes long and involve a slow paced walk and end with a reflection on our nature experience.
All sessions can be adapted to an individual’s needs. One-to-one sessions and group sessions available.
